Side repeaters
I have doen a search on this but dont think im understanding it properly. I read it as though the side repeaters need to be visible from behind?
Surely this cant be right as thats why we have rear indicators isnt it?
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

I could be wrong, but I thought it was the angle fer dangle..
Ie when you can't see the sides you can see the rears, and visa vasa versa
And the same for the fronts

Yes they have to be visable from the rear 1/4 position. 5' out from the rear I think round to 90'.
Look at it this way...
You're parked at the side of the road, a Transit is parked directly behind you and you signal to pull out. The only warning anyone coming down
the road will have is your side repeater as the transit will be obscuring your rear indicator.
Or... You're driving in a trafic jam with a truck behind you. A cyclist is travelling down a cycle lane on the side of the road as you indicate
to turn left accross the lane. The only thing the cyclist can see will be the side repeater because of the truck.
