Know any good Motorcycle Insurers?
As above. Looking for a good motorcycle insurer who won't charge the earth for my modified Buell X1.

I used to be with Carole Nash - no idea about modded bikes though.

I use confused.com to insure my bike, but regardless of what broker I end up with I always seem to have Equity Red Star as the insurer. At the moment
my yearly insurance is about the same as my road tax, and that's not bad for a bike!

Another vote for Carole Nash - I was with them for years when I had a bike on the road. I don't bother insuring the track bike.

I pay about 125 Comp for the R1 through Swinton, every year since it was launched they've won the confused.com sweep.

Bikesure (flux) every time. They have been superb and their claims handlers are excellent, I can talk from experience....
I recently added a load of mods to my sportster, no charge, even adding a stage 1 tune...
