I believe he has been working on it for slightly more than a year. The drawing it is based on can be found on the Yahoo list (NEWSIERRA.DWG or
something).
All he needs now is some bodywork!

I think he's made a fatal error though - he's got the steering wheel on the wrong side!

Reversed negative.
You sometimes get that if you scan a negative the wrong way up . Foreign people do it most of the time .
