I though I read somewhere that below a certain weight, no SVA was required, or was that just for 3 wheelers

400kgs rang a bell but i remembered that that weight was to do with trikes, maybe to count them as bikes but its a guess really.

Hehe, the carbon fibre monocoque single-seaters they built at the university of hertfordshire were 200kg with a 600cc bike engine.. one hell of a moped.
