Wishbone set-up & Castor angle - again!

Hi All,
Last October, there was a lengthy discussion on how various elements of the front suspension are arranged. Here's a very useful website, which also provides clear and helpful diagrams :-

Check out Figs. 5, 6 & 7.

Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

mistery part ?

Well been riding the waves of the net again and had another whipe out on these bits. The upright is an aloy part with cortina dimensions unless i misread the german that is, but the lower ball joint might be a nice part for someone who can find the partnumbers for it. see it here

an other subject if the lotus elan has a very simular front suspension setup to the 7 that would mean the same steering rack could be used. Spyder eng. offer a chasis replacement with new suspension components with a Rover steering rack. Just thinking that of the shelf parts are easier to replace than modified,
