MK Pedalbox?

What's the MK pedal box like? Is it similar to the Stuart Taylor floor mount affair. I'm going to need to alter the brake and clutch arrangement on my car, so looking for options... Can anyone post some pictures of the setup?

Cheers

Morning SeaBass,

The MK (Indy) pedals mount directly to brackets on the floor of the chassis. I think you might be able to buy the brackets and pedeals seperatley, but you would need to weld them on yourself.

I'll get a photo tonight and stick it in my archive.

Have a look on our website. Photo on 28th September in Build Diary shows brackets (Albeit upside down) and with pedals on 19th October. Should give you some idea of how they look.

You can definitely buy the pedals seperately from MK

Nick,
Do the MK pedals come with bushes etc already inserted.

How much are they too for the set?

Thanks Nick for the pics. I have a better understanding of what they're like. I think they're £47. I'll probably just fab a copy of them... Presume you have to drill the hole for the mcyl yourself. What sort of ratio would the b pedal have about 6:1? and what is the bolt/nut for infront of the b pedal pivot on the floor?

Cheers

Just realised what that bolt is! A front stop to keep the brake pedal coming too far forward, yes?

Thanks

MK supplied the pedals and nylon bushes, which are a non-interference fit in the pedal.

Yes - the bolt/nut in front is a stop to keep the pedal from falling forward.
