Which shocks?
Which dampers and springs give good track day performance? I see GAZ shocks fitted to high spec kits but I was told they were naf for racing. Any
ideas?

its personal preference and how deeps your pocket.......
idealy you need.....
adjustable spring platforms.
adjustable shocks both in compression and extension.....
traxspax at around £50 each new give you 2 out of the three and work fine for me....
i use "rally design" for springs, there half the price of anyone else.....
all IMO only of course......

I've just taken delivery of 2 Gaz front shocks, then read a few people slagging them on another list. Have to say not overly impressed with the build
quality, one of the adjusting knobs fell off in the box. Thinking of sending them back and getting some better ones, maybe Spax.
