WTD: bike project

since selling the locost, i have an empty garage :-(

so looking for a bike project to keep me busy over winter.

possibly something i can turn into a cafe racer style bike ?

will consider almost any bike (must be a project though), and have around £500 - £1000 to spend

cheers
Ray

Have a look on Bike EXIF you would be amazed at what can be made into a cafe racer, certainly give you ideas about whats possible, some bikes you would not look twice at normally.

for example mmmmmmmmmmm this one i want very much, or the SR500 a very cheap option.

Some people can never handle the truth and always try to shoot the messenger instead of taking an honest look in the mirror (its always easier to blame another than to face reality), but secretly they wish they could grow a pair and be the messenger !!!

Not too bothered about selling but its just sat doing nothing!
The bodywork has a good resale and the chassis is a bloody good starting point for a cafe racer!

If they were ever banned in MY house, I'd find another female to fill it on My terms (regarding bikes that is)

luckily my G/F loves bikes, but even if she didnt I'd still have mine anyway.

this is similar to my baby !!!
