escort axle
Hi all
Just a question regarding the escort mk2 axle
I am building the locost from the BUILD Your own sports car for £250
now when it comes to the axle i have lined it up BUT the drum brakes will not let me weld on the 50x50x3mm rhs CAN i turn the drum brakes 180 degrees
and then fit the rhs

You can remove the backplate of the drum, rotate and redrill to fix it. I haven't needed to, although my handbrake cable bracket is not ideal as
a result of not doing this.
