wishbone travel

Using Cortina uprights and standard wishbones from the book can anyone give me a measurement of how much travel there should be in the vertical plain.

With the lower wishbone horizontal with the centre of the lower ball joints in line and the uprights vertical I get approx 90 mm travel.

on the road you will be lucky to see much more than an inch of movement, so 90mm is more than enough........
