Stripe color advise, please

HEllo from Belgium,

I would like to get some advises on stripe colors. My car is being fully resprayed in gloss black and I would like to put Viper stripes on the bonnet and the nose.
I like this style :

and this one

I am not sure for the color. The car will have black front wishbones, chrome headlamps, chrome windscreen, chrome wheels.
Silver stripe could be ok but not very original.

Any suggestions or pictures ?

Thank you

Chris

I am building a Black car and I thought about white stripes.

Black stripes might be cool. Yes yes black on black will be odd but if your paint is Black Gloss your black stripes could be Matt. Might look cool!

A good begin :

I had also thought about gold but with the chrome windscreen and other silver/chrome things (headlights, wheels (team dynamics pro race 1.2 in high power silver) it will may be weird. But I admit that gold stripe + black pack is very nice

White stripe is also very classic and nice

black matt on black gloss : not for me but very good idea

Maybe lime green ? (Kawasaki green ?) or orange ?

Yes, gold is nice but the mix with chrome accessories and wheels is may be not the best one...

my girlfriend tells me a pink stripe could be nice.... I said "no way !"

Well, a black car the size of yours with white stripes would look like the M6

Why Stripes at all.

Just because stripes are in doesnt mean they have to be straight and parallel. What about waves, or stripes with jagged edges. None parallel stripes closer at the front spreading out towards the rear of the car.

Just let your imagination run wild.

How about dark grey reflective. The unmarked traffic police cars here are called Ghost Cars, they are usually black with reflective black or dark grey markings, they don't show until light hits them. Be great for a small black car (hard to see).
