Went to get some panels and....

Came away with a whole kit, chassis, complete body etc... regged

Needs a little work mind, and some 4x4 running gear

Doesn't need IVA, its already regged. Its been stripped for the Escort parts and I have a Suzuki SJ to donate the replacement parts.

well,technically it will need an iva if you modify the chassis in any way, which youre likely to have to for a complete running gear swap!

Still, if it was swapped before 1997 whos any the wiser

It'll be fine with the original plan of using the SJ chassis and modifying the body to fit.
