detling show...who wants a cornish pasty??

as im travelling up from cornwall i thought i would ask if anyone going to the detling show on the sunday wants a cornish pasty brought up???

if you havnt had a real pasty before they are not like the crap you get from tesco with mince mush and a crimp on the top...

i can get steak, cheese, vegatable and lamb and mint...

i can also get clotted cream....and scrumpy

if you want anything let me know.....

Oh oh oh, i might be up for a deal The food at the show was terrible last year and charged a fortune!

Might be doing a bbq for all kitcar drivers round my house on the sunday night if my neighbourly dispute doesn't get sorted.

if it happens the only requirements are that you must turn up in a kit and bring food and beer.

interesting, bring a car and beer, then have to drive away again. leaving you with loads of beer that can't be drunk because of the driving! good plan!

I have to say, those pasties you get at the train stations in London are v. good too. Huge. Can't say I've ever been to Cornwall tho, although I've eaten a fair amount of pasties...

oh steak and stilton are my favorite too. Im not coming detling but still needed to voice my preference!

Were you buying from the West Cornwall Pasty Co?
They are great (although maybe our Cornish contingent won't agree)!

Have cut down myself on them though!

And remove all the baffles and exhaust packing before you go, plus promise to do a burn-out directly in line with the neighbour's drive.

I don't think I have much baffling in my exhaust! Planning to drive up fom Bournemouth so will definitely require refreshment before the trek home!
