Tail lights and center consoles - update
I had a good weekend. Got to spend most of it playing in the garage. The temps are starting to soar in Phoenix now. It feels more like normal to me.
 It's going to be close to 105f (40.5c) today.
I bought my taillights off ebay and they arrived safe and sound. These will look nice don't you think?
I also managed to get over to the salvage yard and buy another large sheet of ali. I am using it for the center console and for the front undertray.
That's all. I just wanted to post notice of my progress.

I dont think that the lights will look that good with that arm sticking up all the time, if you remove the arm, it will prolly look better.

Yes, but you are only seeing one, which does look odd....

DICKING around IS my speciality! LOL
and yep, those are Jeep Liberty taillights with the 'dual arm support' option.
BTW - the body IS finished. And the emperor has no clothes...

Dual overhead light option? Sounds like you need a set of illuminated windshield washers to go with that, maybe some hubcap spinners, a quad level
wing, or what would really look good are some huge flames, that wizz on ford calvin sticker, or a big red type R emblem, maybe a glow in the dark
shift knob, or 20 tv's with a ps2 and xbox connected to them.
I luv rice....

Aarrgh, you do NOT have a monopoly on that problem! I've been a team of one for some months at work. Finally we've interviewed and
appointed two new staff, the first of whom started this week. My boss tells me (after the new guy has arrived) "By the way, we've
promoted you to team leader, since you'll be supervising the new staff". Terrific! thinks me - more money. WRONG!! Turns out the pay

I did weld up the suspension box on Tuesday night - see my diary for a pic.
And who says that's Steve's arm? It looks far too clean - nowhere near hairy or deformed enough I suspect it's actually the
lovely Mrs Graber's arm.
Seriously though, looks good Steve (the lights, not the arm).

Once the new "biological support mechanism" had been tested and proven in the labs at the Graber Institute it was only a matter of time
before it appeared in other advanced development areas
Alan,
I don't have any problems with my pages although it may be a browser issue (I use Mozilla). I originally created some of the pages using a
Microsloth product and then went back to using Mozilla Composer. In the process I stripped reams of spurious looking HTML out of each page. That may
cause some issues for IE if I haven't done it properly or completely. Let me know any specific problem areas and I'll have a closer
look.

Did you take a look at the source code on that html page?! It is WHACKED! MSOffice crap everywhere.
Dominic, I suggest you give up on that page and create a new one from scratch in the Mozilla editor.

Thanks for the example. Interestingly, the page looks fine in Mozilla, and fine in IE if I load it from my local drive. IE only barfs on it when I
load it from the web.

I had a look at the source when I got home last night (late). Oh My God! Someone should blow Microsoft up! Piles and piles of crap. I am indeed
going to recreate that from scratch.

A few people have mentioned "The Office" to me now. For some reason I kept forgetting to watch it when it aired here. Looks like a trip
to the (huge) DVD store down the road is in order.
