Bit fague or a total rip off.

3.62 with push in shafts LSD? only way I think is for an after market ARTB, Quaffe or who ever.

Why doesn't he say what the lsd is?

Does he need to? He's said it's the LSD diff supplied by Catertham 89-91... is that not enough if you're a Caterham owner looking for a diff for your Caterham?

And whilst I too think he's being 'optimistic' regarding the price, it should be borne in mind that the diff will be properly set up for a Seven (i.e. not just a scrapped Sierra's diff). Ask Road and Race Transmissions, etc. to supply you with a similar diff that's been set-up for a Seven and it'll cost you over a grand!

Did you miss the links? Apparently it's a caterham spec Raceline LSD. Apparently that's a reasonable price for one. I wouldn't know about such hi-tech stuff though.
