f/s Dzus Slide latches
Three parts as pictured.
Got 10+ available.
Looking for £2.50 each with free postage
how to fit:
slider attached to panel A
Doughnut part is bolted to the other panel B
this then slips though slider and latch comes across holding this in place.

Those prices are + vat,and you have to buy them in tens.
