Wanted:Motorbike project

A friend of mine is after a 'bike that he wants to do a street fighter job on. With about £300 to buy with I am thinking look into the deepest darkest corners of your sheds and gardens and please pm me what you may have and want rid of without the hassle of eBay. He is in North Yorkshire and I will put you in direct contact with him.
Many Thanks

..Which was nice..

I'm about as far away as you can get but I have a 75th anniversary edition Suzuki bandit 400 - half faired but in need of lots of tlc which is currently in pieces which I would sell for 300. The bike would really lend itself to a café racer style but I've also seen some really nice bandit streetfighters. Should not that these were grey imports and are rare though, so it would probably be more valuable as a restoration than a street fighter...

A bird in the hand....

Got a 1954 Matchless in the garage. But not really your sort of bike!
