Don't think you can get different radius 1/2 round files, it just depends how big the file is.

I suppose the question is why do you need a half round file with a specific radius?

Make a blue peter special using 1-2mm under size rod double sided tape and sand/emery paper, ok so you will need to replace the paper a few times but it's worked for me in the past.
