FS: Locost Parts - Seats, Tank, Hub Sets, etc

Evening All,

I've decided to sell off a lot of the parts that I no longer need for my car, I'll be posting an update on where I am just now with the build, but for now have a look below and let me know if they can be of use to anyone. Most items should be easily posted for £12 couriered, the alloys will be more. All items can be collected from Grangemouth but I do travel to Manchester a lot so can bring things down the country if required. I also have a chassis that can be stripped for front and rear wishbones, it is from the Ron Champion book dimensions to the best of my knowledge.

Always open to offers as I'd rather them go into the community here that eBay or the bin...

Robin Hood/Kit Car Leather Bucket Seats - £100
In Good condition but has signs of wear on Red Piping and missing one headrest

Brand New 6 Gallon Locost Tank - £50

15 inch Fox Multispoke Alloys, Ford Fitment with Yokohama tyres with loads of tread - £200
195/45/15 with some nasty scuffing in places

Rear uprights with Sierra Rear Hubs/New Bearings/Discs and Calipers - £100

Brand New Sierra Front Brake Calipers for Solid 240mm Discs - £30
I can only find the one but the other is somewhere...

Brand New 240mm Solid Front Discs - £10

Sierra Rear Diff (I think its a 3.92:1 from memory) - £50

Sierra Rear Driveshafts - £20
Unknown condition as I've never used them but could be useful for the build stage.

Sierra Front Uprights with mushroom inserts/discs and calipers - £100
Original 2wd front uprights that fit under 13inch wheels

Sierra Front Uprights - £60
4wd Model but has had flange machined to compress bearing correctly

Original Westfield/Tiger Style Rear lights, with mounting plate and fog light - £20

Vauxhall Corsa B Alternator - Bosch only done 100 miles - £40

Lotus Elise/Exige Pedal Box - £20

Standard Mk2 Escort Steering Wheel (I think) - Offers
Pretty knackered but maybe good for during your build

I'm interested in just the rear uprights. Are you willing to split from the rear hubs?

Paul.

I thought it would be easier putting all the correspondence on here to keep track of it, this is from this post and also U2Us in the order that they have come in...

lsdweb
Yeah I can send that down to you no problem can you send me your address in a U2U please?

waggy
Say £70 for the tank and the front wishbones? Photos of wishbones on car below

Joni
You're the first person to show interest in these so I can look at posting them over to you, can you fire over your address in a U2U please?

mapman
Yeah I can split these if you want them, say £40?

CRAIGR
Already got someone interested but will let you know if it falls through.

Chris_Xtreme
I've got a U2U from last night interested in the tank, but I'll keep you posted. I'll get dimensions at the weekend for you as it is in my lock up, what dimensions are of the most important?

40inches
Dave, they are still available, they don't have the carriers, just what are pictured and I'll have a look at the weekend for the other one, its in a box somewhere that I can't quite find at the moment. But I'll keep you updated...

Hi I'll take the tank if that's okay, I think I was first to ask? Unfortunately the wishbones are the wrong type for me, looks like they are for Sierra uprights, I'm looking bones for cortina uprights. Maybe we could U2U to arrange payment and swap addresses?

Or if the bones are suitable for cortina geometry I'd take them too, perhaps someone could advise me? Thanks.

No problem at all, what about payment? How would you like to be paid? And a total for the fuel tank and wishbones including postage.
Thanks.
