IVA Test Centres

Hi, I'm trying to find a list of test centres for IVA but the GOV Web Site only has a map and not many on it.

There was one in Gillingham, anyone know if it's still there or if there is another in Kent or nearest?

Cheers.

Time for a change!

The map is definitely wrong as IVA's are still being done at Kidderminster and it isnt on the list

Mine was tested at Kidderminster (2013). The tester there told me that that particular centre was going to close, but wasn't sure when.
Unless the site has been taken over by another (private) agency??

Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

To see the correct map view for the DVSA test centers that your looking for you need to click on the dropdown menu on the top left hand corner of the map then select specialist schemes displayed as purplish dots.

Otherwise when you open the map it just shows Privately owned sites displayed as Blue trucks which don't apply for your test.

Nothing in kent as it seems that gillingham only does bikes.
In fact most don't do M1's which I believe is us kit car folks

Edmonton are still testing at the moment, tho' apparently not for much longer, might be your nearest if Gillingham has gone - there was one near Heathrow, but had a poor reputation as being nit picky, but never used it personally

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

I had a test with customer at Edmonton around 2 months ago, chap called Chris, very fair & helpful, but he did tell me Edmonton will be closing fairly soon, I'm there in a couple of weeks with another customer, so may have some more info then.
