How's your machining? Or do you have a tame turner? Anyhoo... have a look at this link to see how one guy made his own chain drive diff...

Hello,
I have a sierra lsd converted to chain drive, mounted in plum blocks also fitted with a 40 tooth 530 sprocket for sale
