They are my favourite fruit

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

actual my nickname is Sprout.

has been for the last 21 years.
since my first job, it is due to the litttle bloke who keeped asking question in the jolly green giant ads, his name is little green sprout or little sprout.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Green_Sprout

it has stuck with me, MD of companies have used it in meetings, my friends and godsons still call me by it.

I do not mind it. (prefer it to be called andy)

If Macdonalds sold sprouts they would be marketed as "Sick McNuggets"

Nothing in the world tastes worse, I can't believe anyone really likes them.

Like a solid fart.

You fookin wierdos!!

Season Greetings

You missed an option from the poll:

Sprouts are great - I eat them whenever they are on offer

That would have been my vote

ps Marmite is fantastic stuff and anyone who doesn't like that can give me all their twiglets

"That thing you're thinking - it wont be that."

I like Marmite, so what if i coated sprouts with Marmite

I am force fed ONE sprout at Christmas every year, much to the amusement of the whole family.

"This year i will be mainly throwing up"

I drink to forget

Have started already. Great things. Was talking to a woman at work about them last week and she drinks sprout water! As in the water that the sprouts have been boiled in, I think thats pushing it a bit but whatever floats your boat...or sprout!

Love them but only if cooked right, not boiled to mush or like bullets.

Party piece as a kid was swallowing them whole, lucky never to need the Heimlich Maneuver

(love marmite as well)

I love them if theyr done right and theyr fresh not frozen. The frozen ones you buy in bags are shite, even in bubble and squeek.

Our chrsitmas day is excellent...... Always windy what ever the weather.

Cant get enough of them. Im cooking this year, got chestnuts ready for the sprouts. Pancetta to go with the peas. Whole garlic to go with roast spuds and parsnips (which will be roasted using goose fat) etc etc etc.
