Light weight aluminium seats

My seat design is now finished and am going to try and start selling them if anyone is interested. The seats cost £115 each and come supplied with the rubber edging strip shown in the photos.

Click on the links below and let me know what you think.

They look a bit chilly!!

They also look very well made. We are spoilt for choice now, several people are offering good value seats on here.

Are yours for road/race use mk9r? are they sva friendly do you think?

thanks,

Ned.

beware, I've got yellow skin

Mainly for track use, but our car is for use on the road aswell. The plan is to have a padded squab and head pad that is removeable (incase it gets wet).

SVA - The holes for the seatbelt are high enough for the seat belt sva test and all the sharp edges have a rubber edging strip fitted (apart from in the bell mouthings, but i assume this will be fine)

The best part about these seats are that they are a lot more rudgid than the fibre glass seats knocking around and are also weigh in at about 4kg! They also look the dogs nuts!
