TVR's are only a problem for those who expect Honda-type reliability for their cars and are no use with a spanner.

If you've run a kit-car, then a TVR should pose you no more or less troubles - you just have to keep on top of things!

The roof on the Cerbera doesn't leak because it's a hard top not soft top.

Must try harder

Ooh, there are a few, apart from chassis and the obvious, check the lighting electrical boxes in the boot, check the slipper diff.

I am a bit worse for wear at the moment but i have owned a Cerbera and a Griff, if you want to PM me and jog my memory i will try and guide you, i had no trouble with my Cerbera , they are huge fun and will do 180+, try and buy one with a suspension upgrade preferably nitron's.

Always seem to me to be, well sort of "nearly" finished, mind you never owned one. If I was in the market for that kind of car I would go for a Lotus, then it's only bits that fall off you have to worry about. Ray

To make a car go faster, just add lightness. Colin Chapman - OR - fit a bigger engine. Chippy

Check for cracks in the manifold close to the flange. Common fault and a costly repair. Each manifold about £350.
