Bringing this back from the dead.
I know the designer and yes he's an engineer, not an artist! To be fair, the design is pure function; in the case of an accident, it will dive
under the car ahead, and is strong enough to support it.
And finely, regardless what we think, he's driving something he designed and build 20 years ago. How many of us can say the same?
No I wouldn't build something looking quite like it, but I respect the fact he designed it, built it, and is driving it. That's more then
I've accomplished.
As I keep being drawn back to the idea of a 3-wheeler, he's offered to let me drive it. That'll be pretty interesting me thinks.

I met the Shrike designer/builder last spring at a kit car show in California. Great guy, and you know what, it's prototypical 70's
styling. But I tell you what, the guy paid attention to detail and you can really tell when you look at it in person.
Super-lightweight too. The epitome of lowcost.

I just love the sharp corners of the "roll" bar. Just imagine how that thing would flick around if one of those corners ever made contact
with the ground. It could make a simple roll over into a horror ride akin to being inside a high-speed cement mixer.
I've seen dozens of roll overs and there's none as spectacular as one where something solid on the vehicle digs into the ground.
One of those corners gouging into the tarmac at 60mph or more could be the end of the occupant.

Asuming the Se7en's roll bar was properly attached with the correct fasteners (whose isn't?), then I would prefer to be upside down in the
Se7en as the "corners" of the roll bars are normally radiused.

Must admit I quite like when it is clothed!
Not all angles look right, but overall it is neat!
It reminds me of the Stealth Fighter/bomber.
Paint it in flat black or airforce green with a gloss black chassis and it would be ultra cool!
