Vespa does them but I would think its a 17 yo restriction on them

There is the funny micro car that Noel Edmunds Swapshop fame and GT40 owner sells on ebay and the like.

Must have strange 16yr olds in your part of the country....up here they are into engines rather than pedal power

How about this one? Its not got a trailer or pedals on the front but it might fit the bill. Its been at a few kit car shows this year & has a scooter trailing arm.

That's really cute!
I like it, though I don't know how much grip would be available from those front tyres.
It's a pity he couldn't have kept the gear shifter inside or even fitted a paddle.
