I take it you're looking to buy a finished car rather than a kit or part build?

I would prefer a finished car but I would consider a part build

The best way for you to make any decision would be for you to try out each type of car. Personally I would say Luego, but then I am biased cos thats
what I built. If you can wait that long, get along to Stoneleigh show and try out some of each. Then make your mind up and pay your hard earned
pennies out.
Welcome to the fold by the way.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

Well, I've got a Luego and it's a cracking handling car, not tried an MK so can't compare but you wouldn't be disappointed
with a Velocity

Yogi2005, Add your location to your profile, you might find you get a few offers of test drives of both cars and even offers of cars to buy.

It in no way conforms to your list, apart from proximity, but I think this looks like a nice thing:

Luego velocity project for sale.
Not a finished car, but not too far off.
*Edit*
I have just noticed that this is in fact all most 2 years old. I may have become a little over enthusiastic trawling through the wanted section!
