Wanted - Tube Notcher

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a tube notcher they fancy selling? I need one for notching 2inch pipe for the roll cage in my tr8.

Drop me a pm or post below if you have one you will part with!

Thats the best locust option I've seen yet

Possibly a solution! Although I would still take a notcher if some one had one going for handy money!

Thanks mate..

It's a full weld in cage for a rally car so there will be a fair bit of cutting to be done.. Alot angle for roof brace, door bars and other cross members!

I made something like that for my heavy duty pillar drill (50 years old huge) the teeth dragged and it bent the morse taper shaft that the chuck sat on just after the threads.

TBH its not worth doing like that, as the drill bit to support is quite distant so simply not rigid enough, I suspect a weak piller drill will bend or just stall.

I have one, needs a bit of CLEAN, was fine when I used it 2 years ago, no need for it now, I used it to make a chassis, great bit of kit, from the states, cost me £100

Will take £45 inc P+P
