Pete Postlethwaite
To those that don't know who is he was the lead hunter in the 2nd Jurrasic Park movie, the conductor in Brassed Off plus hundreds of othe
movies. Died on 2/01/11 from testicular cancer which he had for 20years. A great actor, check his bio, and a word of warning for us blokes to check
ourselves for lumps that shouldn't be there.

I first encountered his work in Radio 4 plays --- sad loss to acting.
Always at this time of year some iconic figures seem to go --- Brian Hanrahan, Anthony Howard

I was just going to say something similar - even in a bad movie he tried to be credible...
Aeon Flux was a bad (baaadd) movie, and he was cool as the keeper guy!

As the monstrously evil Sgt Obadiah Hakeswill ------ a wonderful bit of acting.
