Donnington
Hi all,
I should be at Donnington in the Viento, probably on Sunday weather permitting.
Does anybody know where the Luego cars/owners will be situated. Unlike Newark I've not heard of a dedicated spot being allocated.
I've had a look at the show website but can't find a site map with owners clubs listed.
Curiously, Luego isn't listed amongst the exhibitors.

I was due to be going for both days, but due to major financial constraints, I will not be able to go at all. At newark the talk was that most would
be going and Luego would also be there and they were going to bring the barbi to boot. Thats as much as I can tell you at the mo.
Sorry its of noooooo help.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

Sorry you can't make it. I sympathise on the financial front, this kit is a serious drain on my wallet. Things keep going expensively pear
shaped
Ah well, me and the missus will don our club shirts and hope for the best.
If the new luego chaps have an open day, we'll maybe see you there.

As far as I know Luego are going to be in the car park/owners area rather than pay fortunes to be in the dry.
I'll be taking mine weather permitting.

I will be there on Saterday with my owners T shirt on - Hope to see some of you again
Still a long way from finishing mine BUT the engine is almost ready to go in - have a flyweel and clutch at last just need replace the front oil seal
and gasket on the gear box as it seems to have been leaking oil from around the front gasket ( has been stood for a year and only lost a very small
amount )

Its not the kit costs that are the problem it's finding £2.5k by Jan 1st for the tax man that I would like to take care of first (self employed
& had rather large household bills this year)
Normally I have put money to one side for hmg and its not been a problem, but I have got to cover this before anything else.

We just got hit for 1.5K by the tax man for a mistake he made two years ago when HE decided, out of the bule, we were owed a refund from 3 years
ago!
Had to pay it but he also tryed to charge interest on it - no way were we paying that !!!!

Dang! is nobody going on Sunday?
I'd rather go on Saturday, but other commitments dictate it has to be Sunday or bust.
Sorry to hear about the tax woes fellas, quick to grab and yet vereee slow in handing it back when they make a cock up.
Shame you can't claim compo for the angst.
