Help with wheels dimensions

I have found nice wheels 6Jx14H2 ET38, 4x108 (been on escort, I suppose)

Any information about those numbers would be helpful.

Would it fit to Sierra?

Thanks!

If they fitted an Escort then they are ok for a Sierra.
