Jaguar XJ8 Auto YR 2000

Jaguar XJ8 V712 PDU

The car is a YR2000 XJ8 3.2L Euro 2 standard is for sale. It has a current MoT (8-9-23) but no Tax. The MoT indicates advisories for Front bumber damage and steering joints. See link (https://www.checkcardetails.co.uk/cardetails/V712%20PDU).
All the images and videos for the car that I took recently is at this link

In summary
This fine old motorway cruiser is a good example if you are an enthusiast or if you have access to body shop facilities. I think the damage to the bumper is reasonably minimal with some fettling with fibreglass and paint or after market parts then it should be restorable in my opinion (possibly not to Jaguar showroom standard). Probably some further damage to bumper brackets etc. The dent in the offside wing has no creases or cracked or damaged paint, perhaps one of those dent master companies could fix that. The dents in the drivers door looks more serious needing more professional help. The scuff to the nearside rear bumper looks easily fixed with some matching paint and a brush.
The inner joints on the steering rack reported at the MoT as advisory I no nothing about. The car drives ok with no noises in the steering as far as I could tell.
The value of the car is what someone in the current climate is prepared to pay, “we buy any car” indicated £680 assuming there is no damage to the car.
