Ford Zetec SE / Sigma 1.6 Engine
- Built to 180bhp & 130lb/ft specification
- Fully rebuilt, zero miles
- Paul Jackson ported and polished cylinder head with high-lift cams
- Uprated valve springs
- Piper vernier pulleys
- Formula Ford manual timing belt tensioner conversion
- Formula Ford aux belt idler pulley
- Pocketed pistons from Ti-VCT engine
- HD rod bolts to allow 8000rpm
- Dynamically balanced bottom end
- Shortened baffled sump
- New OE oil and water pumps
- New OE thermostat and housing
- Formula Ford lightweight flywheel
- Helix organic sprung 7.5" clutch
- Used OE starter motor
- Used Denso 60A lightweight alternator
- Used AT Power DTH throttle bodies with ITG air filter

BGH E6 HD Type 9 Gearbox
- Low mileage (<1k miles)
- HD spec lubrication mods and roller laygear
- 0.825 5th gear ratio
- Alloy lid with baffled breather and dipstick

Alloy bellhousing for Sigma to Type 9
- Modified for clearance to HD gearbox
- Concentric hydraulic clutch slave cylinder

Emerald K3 ECU
- New loom side connector & PC lead
- Emerald plug & play 3-position map switch
- Health checked by Emerald

£7k for whole package

Engine could easily be swapped back to standard front engine mount, and/or transverse installation with standard sump and alternator.
Will split the package if required (engine must sell first before I will split).
