Quaife sequential Type 9 (£2K)

Hi Guys,

i have a quaife 26Z 6 speed sequential gearbox for sale, type 9 fitment, so suits lots of kit cars obviously.

I have had the box in a caterham behind a K Series engine......

personally i have found it to be a very clunky box/change... i know this is how these are !! i have also found it very sticky to get into 5th.

Box is out... and available to any inspection (its in N Ireland) my gearbox guy has looked at it and said there is VERY little wear and everything is ok.

I'd rather sell at a price that allows someone to inspect or give a mild refresh up if they wish - albeit like i say, the box seems fine.

these sell for 3K, but i'd rather sell for 2K again - allowing for the above.

compared to sadev or similar.. its a cheap route into close ration sequential box !

text/whats app me on 07740539140 and i can send pics - inc the gears (cover removed for inspection)

Mark

Parts are no longer made for these boxes by Quaife just for reference for any one looking to buy it.

you can get gears and bearings according to my guy here... but i'm guessing not shafts (could make them) for sure you wouldn't be able to get casings etc.
