Anybody know what chassis this is?

He says it's a wide bodied Westfield - I thought all the wide bodied ones were independent rears???

That is not commercial.

It's home built and was called the Evolution.

It was sold as a set of plans in the late 80's and used the Rover 3.5 engine.

I think I still have a copy of the plans in an outbuilding somewhere.
