Pro Comp LA Gold Race/Track car Package With Trailer
Hi all,
I have for sale my Procomp LA Gold race/track car complete with single axle trailer if needed. This is a genuine LA Gold and is not to be confused
with the Procomp Lo cost as the Gold is a far superior machine.
Anyway the spec is as follows:
The outline spec of the car is as follows:
Pro Comp LA Gold chassis
Procomp 'half' roll cage with side impact protection.
Ford Class B 1800cc Stan Wood Zetec running twin 40 Webers
4 Speed close ratio box (not sure what from, but it's sweet and plenty for Donnington)
Alloy racing fuel tank
Fully adjustable dyno'd and balanced suspension
Mechanical break bias system
Megasquirt programmable ECU
SPA Micro Dash 2
SPA Micro Dash Logger full logging (including track mapping)
Laptop with dash, logging and ECU software installed
Lap timer (but I don't have the beacon)
Transponder
SPA fire control system (homologated)
TRS 6 point harness
SPA mirrors
LED Rainlight
SPA QR Steering wheel with dash control buttons
Fully Adjustable Wishbones
Fully Adjustable Trailing Arm
Modified Front Uprights
Mounting points for passenger harness
Gel racing battery
The seatbelts and the extinguisher are now out of date (as per FIA regs) so would need replacing and recharged/certified before racing, however the
extinguisher is showing charged. Perfectly acceptable however on a very quick trackday car.
All new silicone hoses including proper blanking of unused connectors
If you look at the Pro Comp website there are a couple of reviews of the LA Gold in there under media. I've been told that mine is the car in
the second article with the number 38.
Also available is a lightweight single axle trailer, which is the perfect size for the car. It is very easy for one person to manoeuvre , has working
lights, brakes , correct plates etc. So everything you need to go racing or have some track day fun.
£5500 for the whole package or £4950 for car alone.
