FS: MNR Vortx RT+ inboard

Posted on behalf of a friend....

Mnr vortx RT+inboard
• Powered by a 919 Honda fireblade engine
• Protec adjustable dampers
• Raceleda 4pot front brakes
• Compomotive cxr 13" alloy wheels
• Toyo R888 tyres all round
• Oil cooler
• Pipercross airbox
• Flat shifter kit
• Digidash 2 pro with data logger & download lead
• Caterham CSR style front cycle wings
• New style MNR rear diffuser
• Aero screen
• Sierra Lsd
• 30ltr fuel tank
• Adjustable brake bias
• Racetech mirrors

The car has had just over £4000 spent on it at MNR in the last two months. I'm sure if any potential buyer was to ring Chris/Marc at MNR they would vouch for the works carried out. Basically the car has had a full refresh & general overhaul. Mnr went all over the car with an open cheque book from me, they were told to change/fix any bits that needed doing.

Works carried out as follows:
•Full body panels set replaced in red
•x4 new arches
•New front discs/pads
•x2 new front wheel bearings
•New rose joints & rod ends where needed
•New side impact bars
•Full geometry set up
•New wishbone

£8750ono

What's the feeling on the spec vs the price? These things are bloody hard to price!

If I didn't have my Westfield, I'd be on the phone... Don't suppose he's into p/x?

Looks about right to me price wise. I saw this car in the MNR workshop when I was down a few weeks ago and looked very very tidy. In fact it's roll bar set up has me very tempted to copy it in lieu of a full cage.

The only thing that may put some buyers off is the slightly older blade engine and the common misconception they aren't that quick.

Mine's a 1998 SEW with a 1600 Xflow, 5-speed type 9 and live axle.

Of course there is lots more detail available than that
