Another idiot video

On the BBC site this w*nker thinks it's fun to vandalise someone's pride and joy.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

As above.

Why not ordered to pay the full £20k to repair, and another £20k fine.

It might send a message out that your crime will cost more than any damage.

I'd love to know what the maximum and minimum punishments were for this... Are the magistrates just soft or is it the rules that govern them??

I suppose the judge might say that the owner has insurance.... but at the end of the day that poor bloke will get hammered with future renewals being loaded for a claim.

The vandal should either pay the full amount, or atleast pay the full costs incurred by the car owner.
And that's gotta be more than a poxy £1000!

well at least some justice was done; you'd normally expect the police not to do anytihjng about it in case it infringes the human rights of the vandal.

Should have been made to pay the full amount, court cost and given a good hiding.
