I have seen the light

Glory be!

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

On a bright early November morning,
I woke up with a bit of a start,
The intestinal pain gave me a warning
as I sat up and let rip a thunderous fart.

On a bright early November morning,
I got out of bed and put on a brew.
As I sat down, there came a dawning,
The gasses I'd passed, were actually poo.

On a bright early November morning,
Things were really not going well.
The loss of my keks brought on mourning
As the missus complained about the smell.

On a bright early November morning,
Things went from bad to worse
No more words to rhyme with morning
Meant the end of this very stupid verse.
