Steering Rack Grease

Can anyone suggest a suitable grease to use in a Sierra steering rack. Haynes manual suggests a semi-fluid grease but the local car shop could not help. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Arnie.

Standard grease is fine but make sure you get it thro to the pinion.

I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it
