Pinto heater pipes

Could anyone help. Pinto engine fitted to an MK Indy. I am not planning to fit a heater and am trying to find out if I need to loop the heater feeds (input/output) or do I block them off individually. Any help would be appreciated.

looping them would be best, greater flow of water to through the head!
