apologies for taking so long to respond I've been trying to work out how best to show the configuration I am trying to achieve.

Anyhow, hopefully the attached images explain what I need and you can tell me what you have or if it can be done.

So what I think I need is:

two 32mm 90 degree hoses

a metre length of 32mm straight hose

One hose with about a 120 degree bend with one end 35mm and another 32mm if possible or 35mm if not

One 90degree hose ith one end 35mm and the other 32mm if possible or 35mm if not

500mm ali tube with a bead on each end

The first image shows a rough guide of what the layout should be and the others roughly what I need.

thats exactly the same setup as i have on my 7 but i dont have the heater matrix it works a treat, i got all my hose and pipe from Auto Silicone Hoses. prices were very reasonable. all though i do know from another experience that old hoover pipe works well like when you get all those extensions with your vax that make it like 3 miles long yeah... i used them on another car i done instead of buying 32mm pipe not thats its expensive i just had it to hand.

Replied Sam,

What I am trying to achieve looks a bit like this although not quite to the correct scale.
