DVLA Scam Emails another wave

It seems there is another batch of scam identity theft emails purporting to be from the DVLA doing the rounds I got one today it is unlikely to fool anybody who is computer streetwise but it will catch somebody on the wrong foot.

I am surprised that there are no fake sites for getting driving records, (- the ones required to hire cars abroad)
since the real site asks for NI number, postcode, and driver licence number (which includes dob) = all the things for identity theft.
