I'm going to make a fibre glass one and fix it to the dash from the inside. If you don;t want to mess about with making amould etc etc why not use a piece of black plastic drain pipe??

The black plastic one with my Sierra column wasn't long enough so I made an aluminium extension for it and self tappered it to the original bit. Never got round to painting it black though.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Used the original donor one, and profiled the dash to take the excess.
