While I like projects like this. Saying that they cost £150 is a bit of a lie the land value is not included and there are no facilitys i.e. power and water.

Saw it on Clarkes amazing spaces looked good to me.

As mentioned he has a fridge ? Hole in floor, water is from a stream. I bed. Nice stove for heating though.

Most of the stuff he got free hence the low costs.

The thing is he BUILT the cottage for £150 is not necessarily a lie, he probably had the land already and the fact he has no facilities is not the point.
