Fixings for Carbon Fibre Panel

What's the best way to get a threaded rod through a carbon fibre panel. I have a carbon fibre spoiler I need to fit which is meant to be bonded or taped on but I think I would prefer to bolt it on as I lifted some paint last time I removed it and I'd rather not risk making it any worse in future, fortunately it's hidden when fitted back on.

So far I have 2x options that spring to my mind.

1. drill a hole and fit rivnuts and insert threaded studs into these with some loctite to make studs but I am worried that the CF will just rip apart when I tighten them up.

2. drill a hole in the bottom of the spoiler and drill a bigger hole beside it to allow me to get my fingers inside it to fit a large washer and bolt through from inside it.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

What does the spoiler mount to? Frame or bodywork? Mine has special mounting brackets which are a nice touch! Pm your number and I'll text you the picture
