fibreglass panels

has anyone seen or used the fibreglass panels made by sports power drive.i know they are advertiseing them as seconds with chips in the gel coat,but i want to paint my car so this wouldnt matter that mutch to me as i could tart them up before i gloss them,i am more concerned about the shape

Aren't they the same as MK's? Seeing that "their" chassis looks identical to martins, i would imagine the panels are very, very, very similiar :p

Maybe you could buy the real thing from MK, how do the prices compare?

The ones they had on ebay were about half price (buy it now option) a couple of weeks ago, sorry (buy it then option). You couldn't see any damage detail on the pictures though.

thanks for the tip about these panels just bought a full set that includes 1)pr wide wheel arches2)pr front 3)bonnet 4)nosecone 5)scuttle 6)rear panel 7)side panels all the prob is that when they went into the mold there was "no Putty" put along the the sections ie on the rear arches along where it joins the body and they have not had the excess trimmed off. I think that a mornings work with a good trimmer and fill any of the whole in with body gell i will have a good complete set of panels although i did not yet try them for size. Hey its friday better things to do
