New Car's Ordered

New car is now on order.
As usual the hardest decision was the colour...
If everything goes to plan, there should be an MNR on the grid in the 750MC RGB series next year.

Was gonna go yellow, but already done that..
Thought about white for sponsers, but not bright enough

Wanted something that would be seen, and would be easy to touch up when it gets knocked so decided on Red.

Oh yes, will need plenty of testing.
I hope to have it built by Xmas, so will be starting to look for dates in Jan.

Yes, looking at an 08 R1 with an RT+ chassis, making it as light as possible.
Should be eligable for the new group C regs

RGB racing

Hi there, congrats on taking the plunge and building a RGB for next year.

I race in RGB (I'm also on the RGB committee) so if you need any help, advice on the build or a general chit chat about racing with us just let me know.

Have you been along to any of the meetings? If you do in the future come along and say hi - there is always a cuppa brewing.

I know a few racers who live close to you, if you would like to go and see their cars or get to know a few of your fellow racers I can put you in touch.

Cheers

Paul

Thanks Paul,
I went to the last Brands outing, and hope to get to Silverstone at the end of August for the weekend.
I'll definately pop in and say hello.
Although I did a lot of rallying in my younger days, it will be my first track competition, so all the help I can get will be welcome.
Steve
