well i went to " aldi " and splashed out
the princely some of 72p for a tub of
" smooth peanut butter "

Cheapo babyoil does same job, perhaps amore pleasant odour!!

used engine oil also is very good and long lasting.

oh and a rub of black shoe polish once a year works wonders!
