Happy Happy Happy

Got the MS on the car this afternoon and put some volts on it.
Good news....no smoke....
checked all the sensor inputs....all OK
Cranked the engine....All the gauges on the laptop started to move.
Checked the ignition....Sparking
So far so good.
Just got the ingectors to check and it's time to fill the tank...
I'm one happy builder...

mapped it myself did the ignition using help from a tuners generic Zetec map that I found on the net.
It goes from 0 - 130 Kpa and from 500 - 10000 RPM, so I cribed the bit that I wanted and modded it so that the colours in the table looked about right. I hope it gives me a starting point from which to tune.
The fuel table was generated by Megatune using the injector flow rates etc.
Chris W has promised me a copy of his 2.0L Zetec map so that I can compare.
I would have had a go at starting it this w-end but I deceided I didn't like my fueling set up. I'm building an internal swirl pot into my alloy fuel tank now to do away with low pressure feed pump and external swirl pot so I've got some ally welding to sort next week at work.
